Product Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or return for non-damaged goods within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Customers must contact our support team prior to submitting a request for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to accept or reject any purchase, exchange, or return for any reason. Please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:

– A detailed description of the problem

– Some pictures of the issue
Including these details will help us resolve the issue quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to contact you back. Customers are responsible for the costs involved in the return, such as shipping costs or any additional handling charges. The return shipping isn’t covered, and approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note that if a refund is determined after we receive the product back, we will refund the cost of your original order minus the shipping cost (usually between $3-$5). This applies even if the order was placed under a free shipping offer. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the product back.
We cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, overuse or misuse, storage, or treatment.
We reserve the right to request that you return the product to us and, at our discretion, offer an exchange, issue store credit (excluding shipping), or take no action. You are responsible for covering the regular cost of return postage.
If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us for an equal exchange or replacement. Items may only be considered for return if they are defective or damaged, and the customer agrees to contact customer support within 14 days of receipt. Please note: We do not and cannot take responsibility for delays in shipping or timing. Our shipping department works hard to process purchases the next business day if received before 3 pm EST, or they are shipped immediately the following business day. We have no control over and take no responsibility for third-party shipping times or delays.

Power Bank Chargers Warranty
We stand behind our power bank chargers with great confidence that you will be happy with your purchase. Our power bank chargers are made from the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. If your power bank charger is not functioning as it should, please contact us or submit a claim.
The warranty does not cover claims due to damages caused by customer handling, overuse or misuse, storage, or treatment. We expect that over time, general wear and tear will occur. The power banks charger warranty does not cover general wear and tear.
This warranty does not cover the following:
– Lost or stolen items
– Unauthorized repairs or custom modifications or parts removal
– Cosmetic issues such as scratches, scrapes, and wear and tear
– Screws coming loose or general wear on products
– Other damages not related to functionality are not covered under the warranty.
Submit Your Warranty Claim
Submit your Warranty Claim by sending an email to our support team at email@example.com. Be sure to include a picture of your product and the part that is not functioning. Tell us what’s going on with it, and we will assess the situation and get back to you within a few days.
